As an operationally driven planner and licensed architect with a strong business mindset, Scott aligns functionality, resiliency, sustainability, and community vision to create buildings that perform at the highest level for generations. He works closely with public servants to transform needs and aspirations into purpose-built environments ensuring each project not only supports today’s mission but adapts to tomorrow’s challenges.
