Marc has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate as an attorney, asset manager and owner. He has been involved in over 300 affordable housing projects across the United States totaling over 50,000 residences.
Mr. Lofman held senior leadership positions at Sun Communities (NYSE: SUI), CWS Capital Partners, and Helix Funds, all focusing on affordable housing. Throughout his career, Mr. Lofman has collaborated with municipalities to promote effective land use, code compliance, construction, and utility management. He guides Civic Six in municipal coordination, navigating complex local government processes to achieve successful community outcomes.
