Marc guides Civic Six in working closely with municipalities on land use, planning, and zoning, ensuring projects align with community priorities and contribute to purposeful development.
With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience and a deep background in public affairs, he has held senior roles at leading real estate investment trusts and funds, including Sun Communities (NYSE: SUI), CWS Capital Partners, and Helix Funds, where he was a partner for seven years and played a key role in asset management and in the $1.8 billion acquisition of American Residential Communities (ARC). Marc received a BA from the University of Michigan and holds both a JD and an MBA from Boston University.
