As founder and President of K Corporation, he has sourced, acquired, and repositioned over 25 retail, industrial, and mixed-use projects nationwide - specializing in identifying underperforming sites, evaluating highest-and-best-use potential, and structuring deals that unlock long-term value.
His track record includes successful turnarounds of distressed shopping centers, the acquisition and restructuring of over $75MM in non-performing commercial loans, and municipal partnerships such as public-private courthouse developments.
With deep expertise in site sourcing, feasibility evaluation, entitlement navigation, cost estimating, lease negotiations, and full-cycle asset execution, he brings disciplined underwriting, a flawless credit history, and a proven ability to structure, estimate, and deliver complex real estate projects that strengthen communities. Jim is a Babson College graduate and a long-standing ICSC and NAIOP member.
