James Wong

James brings deep expertise in ensuring Civic Six developments are executed with precision and purpose, backed by nearly two decades of experience in real estate, entrepreneurship, and project delivery.
He has overseen the acquisition, development, and management of over $500M in real estate projects while also founding multiple successful companies, including Avidian Technologies, creator of Prophet, the world's leading CRM software built in Outlook. Recognized with honors such as NW Asian Weekly's "Entrepreneur of the Year" and Puget Sound Business Journal's "40-Under-40" award, James also serves on several nonprofit boards. He earned his BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington and is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Owner/President Management (OPM) program.
