Eric Benitez

Eric leverages his analytical and investment expertise to ensure Civic Six projects are built on strong financial foundations and are developments that deliver meaningful community impact.
Bringing more than a decade of experience in some of the largest global real estate and investment banking firms, he has underwritten over $10 billion in transactions and has managed and developed real estate interests nationwide. In addition to leading Monocle Group and representing the Benitez family’s diverse investment portfolio, Eric serves on the Investment Committee of the NYC Core Value Opportunity Fund. He earned his BA in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley, and his MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
